LimaLimon helps households plan meals, groceries, recipes, and pantry items. This policy explains what information the app handles and why.
We collect the account information you provide, including your email address and display name. We also store the household content you create or share, such as household membership, recipes, meal plans, grocery items, pantry items, ingredients, stores, and categories.
Apple and RevenueCat process purchase and subscription information. LimaLimon receives subscription status and identifiers needed to unlock paid household access, but does not receive your full payment-card details.
Firebase may process device, app, network, authentication, and security information needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
We use this information only to provide and secure LimaLimon, synchronize household data, verify subscriptions, support account access and deletion, and troubleshoot the service. LimaLimon does not sell personal information, show third-party advertising, or use cross-app tracking.
Household content is visible to other members of the same LimaLimon household. We use Google Firebase for authentication, cloud data, backend functions, and app attestation; RevenueCat for subscription verification; and Apple App Store and StoreKit for purchases. We require service providers that process personal information for LimaLimon to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law.
We retain account and household information while needed to provide the service. You can delete your account from Account > Delete account in the app. Deleting an account removes that profile and household membership. If you are the sole remaining member, the household and its app data are deleted; if other members remain, their shared household data remains available to them.
Deleting your LimaLimon account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription from Account in LimaLimon or through Apple.
We use access controls and platform security services intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. LimaLimon is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You may review or change your display name in the app, leave a household by deleting your account, or request privacy assistance by contacting us.
We may update this policy as LimaLimon changes. The current version and update date will remain posted here.
